Application Form

Concierge and the City charges $50.00* an hour per Concierge for all arrangements made, and is subject to GST. *Some services are billed at a premium. Client accounts are subject to administration fees.

All services and/or products purchased are subject to retail value plus applicable taxes and are billed directly to the client. Alternatively Concierge and the City will handle all disbursements including product purchases and will bill the client directly.

All disbursements incurred by Concierge and the City will also be billed directly to the client.

Retainer accounts are held in trust and billed on the 15th and 30th of each month. Statement of account is sent to client on the 30th of each month.

Clients billed by the hour must purchase a minimum of 4 hours. Clients will receive an invoice on the 15th and 30th of each month.

All Concierge and the City clients have the option to provide Concierge and the City with a hard copy of their credit card for direct purchases on their behalf.
