When spring rolls around, the flowers and trees begin to bloom, the sun is warm and people come alive - it’s a rebirth. Every spring we want to start fresh and the best place to start is with your home. Here are a few helpful tips to get you going:

MOTTO: OUT WITH THE OLD – IN WITH THE NEW

We all do it – we hang on to clothes, furniture, books and countless other things JUST IN CASE we decide we’d like to use them again one day. Instead of keeping items, do a good deed and donate them to charity. Chances are, the person who receives your donation needs it more than you. For another option, have a garage sale. You can sell your older items and make some extra cash.
